What kinds of metals do you use in your products?
Most products are 14kt yellow gold or 14kt white gold. Some products are 18kt or platinum, or an 18kt/platinum combination. In addition, some silver products are available.

What is the difference between the different karats of gold?
24kt gold is 100% pure gold and it is very soft. It is mixed with other alloys in order to be used in jewelry. 14kt gold is 58.5% pure gold and 41.5% alloys. 18kt gold contains 75% pure gold and 25% alloys. White gold is pure gold that has been mixed with alloys to make it white. Yellow gold is pure gold mixed with alloys to be used in jewelry. Platinum is a metal that is naturally white in color. It is used in a 95% purity.

Does www.noblecolor.com use treated gemstones?
All our gemstones are natural and whenever possible we make an effort to use unheated stones. Some gemstones have been heated to bring out a brighter color. All treatments are designed to enhance the gemstone's natural beauty and are standard in the jewelry industry. We try to avoid gemstones enhanced with other treatment methods.

What size should I order?
We prefer to make the ring in your finger size; you may select your finger size when ordering. We are glad to send you a ring-sizer for only .95 so that you can make sure you're ordering correctly. You can order the sizer on-line. If it is not possible for us to make the ring in your finger size, we will ship a standard size 6 1/2 for ladies or size 10 for men or whatever the standard size for that model is.

I live outside North America, can you ship to me?
We can ship merchandise to some overseas countries, however, the customer is responsible for any fees, duty and paperwork necessary to recieve the package.

Is my personal information secure?
www.noblecolor.com is very concerned about customer privacy. We do not sell or rent any of our mailing lists or customer information. We take every precaution possible to protect the customer's privacy.
