Return, Refund and Exchnage Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund by notifying us first within 7 days after you receive the product.
Returned or exchanged item or items must be new and unused condition. You have to notify us within 7 days from the date you received the item, and obtain RAN and the item must arrive no later than 15 days in our office from the date you received it.
The merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange when the item purchased was worn, scratched, sized or modified in any way. Please make sure original paperwork is returned. A Return Authorization Number should be obtained by email or calling sales@noblecolor.com. The customer is responsible for shipping the returned merchandise to E.A. Enterprises, 510 West Sixth Street, Suite #318, Los Angeles, CA 90014, via any carrier, as long as it is fully insured and a return receipt is requested. Items returned without a RAN are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any refund will not include original shipping and handling fees.
