Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or a refund by notifying us within the first 7 days from the day of receipt of the product. We will issue a refund within 10 days of receipt of returned item. A full refund will be issued if the purchased product is in its original form and undamaged. There will be a 10% restocking fee with a maximum of $100 and the customer is responsible for shipping and handling expenses. In the event the jewelry had a factory defect, the customer has a choice to either replace the product, exchange it for another item or receive a full refund including return of shipping costs, as long as the ordered product has not been intentionally damaged by the customer.

1. Ship insured. The recommended method is US Postal Service Registered and Insured with a return receipt. We will notify you by email upon receipt of the package. Any other carrier can be used as long as it is fully insured.

Cancellations

Please call us immediately if you need to cancel an order, by dialing our toll free number:

(800) 624-5954 or by sending us an email: NobleColorSales@gmail.com. Once your order has been shipped it will be your responsibility to return the merchandise unopened and in the original resalable condition. As soon as Noblecolor.com receives the merchandise, the purchased price of the merchandise will be credited and will reflect on your Credit Card or PayPal Account or the exchange merchandise will be shipped and shipping charges will be charged for the exchanged merchandise.

Delivery & Shipping

Domestic shipped packages within the United States will generally be shipped within 3 business days from the date order was placed. This is also contingent upon stock availability. If your order is date sensitive such as for a birthday or anniversary, please make sure to advise us of the mandatory delivery date. We generally ship via USPS Priority Mail 3 to 4 days. Overnight or Express Mail is also available upon purchase in the Check Out area.
